All plans are available Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm. Services are non-medical only — we do not provide clinical care, medical advice, or emergency response. For any medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Additional concierge time is available at preferred member rates. All calls returned within 1 business day.

Private vs. Geriatric Care Manager: A geriatric care manager in Columbus charges $100–$150/hour — no cap. Families using one 10 hours/month pay $1,000–$1,500 unpredictably. Our Private plan at $1,200/month gives you unlimited access, a dedicated concierge, and weekly family reports — for a predictable flat rate.
